Can you tell me your username of cpanel account where you are trying to add the domain and also the domain name?

It seems that your nameservers are not properly changed or you have already added your domain name to some other free hosting.

Nameservers in this image are ok but your domain still doesn’t resolve to our nameserver. It resolves to:
Name Server: DNS1.BIGROCK.IN
It can take between upto 72 hours for dns changes to take effect.
