issue related to PHP Memory Limit and Time Out

Dear Concern,

I am trying to upload theme and theme data using word press it is show that 2 najors issue.

WP Memory Limit = 158
PHP Time Limit = 180

but i need this to
WP Memory Limit = 256
PHP Time Limit = 300

Please suggest me what to do now ???

We cannot increase the values for you. If you want that, you should consider premium hosting.

I would suggest you find another theme.
