Is the Facebook crawler blocked on the server level?

I just migrated my Wordpress site here and tried sharing a post to Facebook. It does not grab the post image or any meta data. When I use their Sharing Debugger on a test post it shows that Facebook receives a 403 error when trying to access my site. Since I don’t have it blocked at the robots.txt level, all I can think of is the server itself is blocking the crawler.

Is that the case? If not, what else could be the cause?
