Hi!

I’m writing to formally request the permanent deletion of my ProFreeHost account and the erasure of all associated data, effective immediately.

Pursuant to my right to privacy and data protection, please ensure the complete and irreversible removal of the following:

  • Account Credentials: My primary account and all login information.

  • Web Content: All website files, directories, and folders hosted under my account.

  • Databases: All SQL/MySQL databases and their contents.

  • Communication: All email accounts, configurations, and stored messages.

  • Domain Data: All DNS settings, parked domains, or subdomains.

  • Personal Information: Any PII (Personally Identifiable Information), logs, or billing history linked to this account.

I understand that this action is permanent and that data recovery will be impossible once this request is processed. Please provide a written confirmation once the deletion process is complete and my data has been purged from your servers.

I would like my main account to be deleted completely, not just the servers.

Emily note that frost won’t delete your profile, just your hosting accounts which you can already delete. Admins refuse to completely delete our profiles and may censor my message explaining ther policy.
