I am a high school teacher and several of my students are use your hosting to set up their end of the school year website for a Final Presentation and a bunch of the are getting this message: Activating WPForms Lite when they try to load a theme. They let it run but keeps saying the same thing for a couple of hours and nothing happens. Can you help me tell them how to fix this problem?
It’s most likely the issue with uploading plugins/themes which are more in size than 10M directly
