Account Suspended, why?

Yesterday I registered a website is today after testing a script to send photos of PHP I received a written warning Your account is suspended this could be due to limits of your hosting plan or for abuse., But I just used the script to send a picture to the server, why the suspension?

Upon visiting the toplevel domain I get the following message:

The Site has been disabled for violating Article 13

I have nothing to put in the domain for now, this is hosted on my local server and it is a joke with Article 13

only assets.randusapi.com is hosted on ProFreeHost

all my domains on ProFreeHost is on my account (2 domains)
and the 2 domains have been suspended at the same time

  2. revall.unaux.com
