I am a really long-time user of your service. I don’t even remember how long ago I created this account. I like your service very much, especially because I use it for simple web pages or to practice with JavaScript—I don’t do anything complex. It’s been a while since I last used your service, and since I want to resume my studies, I tried to reactivate my account. Unfortunately, whatever I do gets suspended with the message: “is suspended probably because of some prohibited activity”. I honestly have no idea what I did wrong.
If there are old web pages that I don’t even remember, you can delete them all—I don’t care about them anymore. What I really need is to use the service for my new ideas, but I can’t because it keeps suspending me. Can you do something about it, or do I have to give up entirely?
Dear Admin, since I suspected that might be the problem, I have already changed my old disposable email address to a new one. I don’t know if you can verify it, but I have already taken care of it. Could you please check? Thank you.
Dear Admin, I’m afraid there has been a misunderstanding. I am not currently using any disposable email; my new email address is not of that kind. Unfortunately, I do not have a Yahoo or Google email account because I don’t like their services. If you can verify my new email address, you will see that it is not disposable. If in doubt, you can use this online tool: Free Disposable Email Address Detector - QuickEmailVerification to check. Or is your service nowadays only compatible with Gmail and Yahoo?
However, I’m starting to have a doubt… because here in the forum user profile I updated my email address, but when I go to the “client area” I still find the old one in the profile. Am I doing something wrong? Do you have a link with instructions on how to update the email address in the “client area”?
Wait, so I cannot change my email address in the client area? Am I forced to create a new account? Is that how it works? So I have to abandon this account and create a new one? That doesn’t make sense. It would leave a registered account that cannot be used, or if I create a new profile in the client area, can I then link it to this one? Could you please clarify how this works? I’m not understanding.
It is compatible with all reputable email services.
Currently, it is to be done manually by staff.
You are not forced to create new account. You can keep this one and change email address on Profreehost client area and hosting accounts as well one by one.
